Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries during the ongoing Black Friday promotions, our support team is currently experiencing a significant workload. To assist you efficiently and avoid delays, we kindly ask that you review the information below before reaching out to our support team.


We’ve addressed the most common questions you might have:


1. Delivery Times

Please be aware that during the Black Friday promotions, couriers experience extremely high volumes, which may result in additional delays. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the global increase in shipping demand during this period.If there are no updates on your tracking link after approximately 2 weeks, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.


2. Order Status

  • Order notifications: You will receive updates about your order via email when order is placed successfully and when it is shipped.
  • Order tracking: Log in to your account to check the status of your order.

3. Invoices

  • Invoices are automatically generated and available in your account after your order is dispatched.

4. Modifications to Orders

  • Unfortunately, order modifications are not possible once the order is placed.

5. Stock Updates

  • Due to unprecedented demand during our Black Friday campaign and temporary stock shortages, orders containing the Shelly Flood will be delivered in the second half of December.
