You need to login at https://shelly.cloud and check directly from your account. The standard processing time is between 1 and 7 business days. Shipment delivery time depends from the courier company. If order is shipped, tracking code is visible.
If you made the order as GUEST, then manual pair with created account is not possible and you would need to wait for the confirmation code for shipped order with an tracking code.
