URGENT NOTIFICATION: UK Orders with Amazon Shipping Courier - delay notification for a small number of UK orders

We want to inform you that a small number of orders shipped to the UK through Postone -> Amazon shipping courier are currently experiencing delays due to an error on the part of the courier companies.

Please be assured that we are actively addressing this issue. The courier company is processing individually each of them and re-shipping them with another courier. The tracking codes will remain the same. We expect all orders to be delivered in next 1-2 weeks. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Important Notice: Delivery Delays to AU/NZ

We regret to inform you of delays in delivering orders to Australia and New Zealand due to issues with between PostOne and their last mile courier.

We are assured that they work on highest priority to resolve the problem and release all orders for delivery

UPDATE 20.02.2024 : ALL AU/NZ orders would be re-labelled and re-dispatched by the courier. Delivery is expected in the end of next week (1.03 - X) or beginning of the next (4.03 - X)
