Delivery & Returns
Please be aware that during the Black Friday promotions, couriers experience extremely high volumes, which may result in additional delays.
2. Order Status
- Order notifications: You will receive updates about your order via email when order is placed successfully and when it is shipped.
- Order tracking: Log in to your account to check the status of your order.
3. Invoices
- Invoices are automatically generated and available in your account after your order is dispatched.
4. Modifications to Orders
- Unfortunately, order modifications are not possible once the order is placed.
5. Already given coupon codes for replacement/discount
- Coupon codes issued for replacements/discounts cannot be used temporarily during Black Friday promotions. They will become active again once the promotion ends, which is expected to be on the 3rd of December.
