Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries during the ongoing Black Friday promotions, our support team is currently experiencing a significant workload. To assist you efficiently and avoid delays, we kindly ask that you review the information below before reaching out to our support team.


We’ve addressed the most common questions you might have:


1. Delivery Times

Please be aware that during the Black Friday promotions, couriers experience extremely high volumes, which may result in additional delays.


2. Order Status

  • Order notifications: You will receive updates about your order via email when order is placed successfully and when it is shipped.
  • Order tracking: Log in to your account to check the status of your order.

3. Invoices

  • Invoices are automatically generated and available in your account after your order is dispatched.

4. Modifications to Orders

  • Unfortunately, order modifications are not possible once the order is placed.

5. Already given coupon codes for replacement/discount

  • Coupon codes issued for replacements/discounts cannot be used temporarily during Black Friday promotions. They will become active again once the promotion ends, which is expected to be on the 3rd of December.
