If your code is not being applied at checkout, please review the following conditions, as they may affect its validity:

  • Promotional periods: Voucher and discount codes cannot be combined with ongoing promotions, campaigns, or automatically applied discounts.

  • Product eligibility: Certain vouchers are not valid for products marked with the NEW tag.

  • Pack-specific offers:Codes are issued for a specific product configuration (e.g., Single pack) and will not apply to multi-pack options such as 2-pack or 4-pack.

  • Device-specific vouchers: Selected vouchers are valid only for the specific device or model for which they were issued.

  • Validity period: Please ensure the code has not expired.

  • Correct entry: Kindly verify that the code has been entered exactly as provided, without additional spaces.
