You can edit your shipping address within 15 minutes of placing an order via the "thank you" page or order status page.
If more than 15 minutes have passed, please contact our customer support via the ticket system. Include your order ID and the correct shipping address in your message.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.
Please note that editing product details, adding products, or merging orders is not possible under any circumstances.
