Unfortunately, it's not possible to modify the shipping address for an already placed order. However, there are two methods to address this issue:
- Cancel your existing order via your account and proceed to place a new order with the correct shipping address.
- Contact our customer support team through the ticket system. Please provide your order ID along with the correct shipping address. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it's not possible to change the shipping address.
