To update your email address, begin by accessing the Settings Menu. Next, proceed to User settings, followed by selecting Edit user info. From there, click on Change Email.
Type in your new email. Below this type in your new email to confirm it. Then enter your password, and click the eye icon if you wish to show/hide your password. Click the Save button to save any changes made.
NB: If you've established an additional account (ex. user2@shelly.com) and you want to change the old account email address (ex. user1@shelly.com) to the new one (ex. user2@shelly.com), you need to login into the second account (ex. user2@shelly.com), delete it from User settings, log back into the main account(ex. user1@shelly.com) and change account address (ex. user2@shelly.com).
