I am not able to login in the shop website. What should I do?

If you have trouble accessing either platform, you can reset your login via the 'Forgotten Password' option, which will send you an email with recovery instructions to follow.


Please note that accounts for Shelly Shop (https://shelly.com) and the Shelly device control platform (https://control.shelly.cloud) are separate and operate independently. Each requires its own login, so be sure to use the correct account for your needs.

Creating an account in the Shelly Control App does not automatically generate an account for the Shelly Shop, and vice versa.
