I am not able to connect to Shelly network. What should I do?

Perform factory reset and make sure that there is no device around you with enabled auto-connection to this Shelly network (access point).


If problem still persist, then "forget this network" from the smartphone Wi-Fi settings and make another attempt for connecting to the access point.
