It's essential to note that the accounts for ordering on our website (shelly.com) and controlling devices on our platform (control.shelly.cloud) are separate and independent. Therefore, you'll need two separate accounts for each platform. Make sure you are not using the the shelly.com credentials for control.shelly.cloud


If you're having trouble logging in and can't recall your password, simply click on "Forgotten password" on the relevant platform. If you don't receive an email, please check your SPAM folder or reach out to our support team for assistance.
