Note that accounts for the website for ordering (shelly.cloud) and platform for controlling the devices (home.shelly.cloud) are different and independent. So you need to have 2 accounts.


If you do not remember the password for them, you need to click on "Forgotten password" at the relevant platform. If email is not received, then check the SPAM folder of your mail client or contact us.
