To view your invoice, simply log in to the Shelly Shop system, navigate to the order history section, select the relevant order for which you need the invoice and click on Invoice download button.
If you placed guest order, simply create account with the same email address used in the order and then systems will synchronise the data.
Please note that invoices become available only once the package has been shipped, and they cannot be generated prior to dispatch.
