How are the invoice details generated in Shelly Smart Control for my premium subscription, and can they be modified? Where to find them?

Invoice details are generated automatically and cannot be changed. The details are pulled as follows:


  • For personal accounts: Name details come directly from your PayPal profile.
  • For business accounts: Company details are retrieved from the VIES database.


The Premium subscription invoices are automatically generated and visible under your account. To access them, you can go to Settings tab, select Premium tab and then scroll to Billing and Invoice History.
