My BLU device is not responsive. What should I do?

If the update fails to complete, your device may remain in bootloader mode and will require a manual update. We recommend performing this update using an Android smartphone or another compatible device. Before you begin, please ensure the device has been removed from your Bluetooth settings by selecting “Forget” on the device.

To start the manual update:

  1. Insert the battery into your device. It should appear in the Shelly Debug app.
  2. Select your device in the app and initiate a slow OTA (Over-the-Air) update.

Note: If your device does not appear right away, briefly press and hold the button before reinserting the battery.
