Can the Shelly BLU TRV be paired with other Shelly relays (Gen2, Gen3, or Gen4) that act as BLU Gateways?

No, the Shelly BLU TRV cannot be paired with any other Shelly devices. It only works with the included USB Gateway Gen3 (Shelly BLU Gateway Gen3 – https://kb.shelly.cloud/knowledge-base/shelly-blu-gateway-gen3), and up to 5 TRVs can be connected to one gateway.
