To enable neutral current readings on the Shelly Pro 3EM, you need to connect an additional CT clamp specifically for the neutral channel, which should have a 2-Pin MX3.0-2x1Y connector.
Once the neutral clamp is connected, follow these steps to enable and calibrate it:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Phase Calibration.
- Select From phase: A, B, or C.
- Select Calibrate Phase and choose Phase N.
- Click on Calibrate.
After successful installation and calibration, the neutral readings will be available exclusively through the device's local web interface, sourced from the local EM.GetStatus API method.
