Why my Shelly PLUS H&T shows different temperatures on the display and from the application?

Shelly Plus H&T measures the temperature every minute. If the temperature fluctuation is more than 0.1C, but is under the temperature threshold, the device updates only the display. If the fluctuation is above the temperature threshold, the update reflects in the application.
