The device may be stuck in bootloader mode, often caused by an incomplete update.
To resolve this, a manual update is required:
- We recommend using an Android smartphone or another compatible device to perform the update.
- Ensure the device has been "forgotten" in your Bluetooth settings before proceeding.
Steps to follow:
- Insert the battery. The device should appear in the Shelly Debug app.
- Select the device and initiate a slow OTA (Over-The-Air) update.
If the device doesn’t appear immediately, try pressing and holding the button briefly before reinserting the battery.
