Yes, Shelly Relays can be operated as timers using the app or webUI. 

You can set Auto On-Auto Off timers directly through the application or webUI.

For more complex timing scenarios, such as advanced scheduling or automation, you can use Schedules, Webhooks, Scenes, or Scripts.
