Why my Smart bulbs are not switching ON with configured "Night mode" after turning them ON via switch?

To obtain the current time and to be able to apply "Night Mode" pre-set brightness limit, Shelly Bulb Duo/RGBW or Shelly Vintage Bulbs need to be constantly turned on.
