This product behavior could be observed due to often power outages in the electrical network and often usage of the physical switch/EM induction. In these cases, the device is going in "Reset" mode unintentionally because factory reset procedure is being applied to it. To avoid this, we advise you to enter in device settings, click on "Factory reset" and switch off feature "Enable factory reset from switch".
